Carla was one in a million!! She was a beautiful girl both inside and out, and always thought of others before she thought of herself. Although Carla died of natural causes, she had a ruptured appendix 5 months before, and although she got much better she never fully recovered from this. Carla was so much looking forward to celebrating her 16th birthday, and also returning to school after her illness, but unfortunately she died 2 days before, so never got to do either. Carla died whilst with her best friends making arrangements for her forthcoming birthday. Carla loved spending time with her family and her friends both in Tredegar and Rhymney.
Carla spent many happy weekends at our caravan in Kiln Park in Tenby.
Carla had a dream and that was to see the group 'Blazin Squad' and hear them sing her favourite song 'Crossroads'. She lived that dream and saw them at Butlins 2 months before she died. Carla brought light to our lives for almost 16 years, and the precious memories she have left us with will stay with us forever.
